Shipping Methods
For orders over €60, shipping is free, (*) except Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, price upon request.
For orders of lesser amount, shipping costs will be €9.85 in single shipping mode, (*) except Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, price upon request.
The costs will be added to the total price of your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating its shipping date and the approximate delivery time as well as the transport company that will make the delivery. The average estimated delivery time for shipments to the Peninsula is about 1-2 business days and about 5 to 8 business days for shipments to other areas (maximum). If the order includes custom cases, it may take 1 or 2 more days, in this case we will contact you and inform you of the delivery time.
General Shipping and Returns Conditions
These general sales conditions constitute a single contractual document and contain all the contractual relationships between the parties:

Soleae and Sucus Sucus is the registered trademark of Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca The published images do not entail any obligation annexed to this contract. No liability will be incurred in case of error related to these. We have endeavored to the extent possible to match them with reality, but technical limitations due to computer technologies or changes in labeling or packaging may not allow this in all cases.
Product Availability
Products are offered as long as they are available. If a product is not available, website users will be informed of this as soon as possible. Such information may:
be communicated to website users at the time of placing their order: a window appears informing that the desired product is temporarily unavailable and, when possible, the expected arrival date. If they wish, website users may continue with the purchase. When they arrive, they will be notified.

If for any reason, unrelated to the will of the company, after the confirmation of the order it turns out that there is no availability, the user will be notified by email. Any irregularity that may arise subsequently will generate the buyer's obligation to return the products to Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca with a simple request for them. Potential risks, especially loss, theft, or damage related to the delivered products, are entirely borne by the buyer.
Force Majeure
None of the Parties shall be liable for total or partial breach of its obligations under this contract, if such breach is caused by an event constituting force majeure. Events of force majeure shall be considered those that
conform to the criteria established by the case law of the 2nd Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. The Party invoking a case constituting force majeure shall notify the other Party thereof within five working days following the day on which such act occurred or the day on which the threat thereof was manifested. The Parties agree that they shall agree as soon as possible to determine the set of terms for the execution of the order when faced with a case of force majeure. After a period of one (1) month of interruption due to force majeure, the OAPLF may not honor the order and, if necessary, shall refund the amount of the order to the buyer.
Partial Nullity
If one or more of the provisions of these general sales conditions are declared null or void under a law, regulation, or final decision of a judicial body, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Payment Price
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros and include the applicable VAT on the day of the order. The price invoiced to the Buyer is the one indicated in the order confirmation transmitted by e-mail by Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca. Shipping costs will be borne by Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca as long as the purchase order is the minimum order specified on the page for this purpose, otherwise the shipping costs will be priced according to the current year's rate.
Price Modifications
Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca reserves the right, which the user accepts, to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the “order registration”, although subject to the availability of such products. The current rate is indicated on the website, except for typographical error. Any payment will be made immediately by Internet or bank transfer. The user will enter the data requested by the secure banking platform. These data will not be stored in any case by Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca The banking platform will inform Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca of the validity of the purchase. Delivery
Orders paid by credit card are prepared the same day or the next working day at the latest. The average delivery time of an order is 3 – 6 business days, counted from the day the order is received. For deliveries to the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other countries, shipping conditions must be consulted.
Products ordered by a customer will be delivered to the address indicated by him in the order form in the section “Delivery address”. The customer agrees to provide the exact address of his domicile. Incidents in delivery: Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca exempts itself from any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to the carrier, as well as in case of loss of products.
In case of delay in delivery, the customer must inform the customer service department of Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca as soon as possible, by e-mail addressed to [email protected]. After that, Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca will contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. An investigation may take several days. Once the order is received, the customer must verify that the Products received conform to the order.
Any defect in delivery (missing products, damaged products or packaging) the customer will not pick up or accept the package and will notify the customer service department of Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca as soon as possible, specifying what happened. Any defect notified more than seven (7) days after the day of delivery will not be accepted and Soleae, Jesús Ángel Blanco Fonseca will be exempt from any liability in connection with it.
Return
Product returns are not accepted, provided that it is in perfect condition, as it is a food product.
You can return the products received in the following cases:
If the packaging is damaged. In this case, it is essential that you inform the carrier that you do not accept it.
If the product is not in good condition.
In any of these cases, contact us indicating:
Your order number.
Which products you want to return, and what problem they have.
What you want us to do: exchange the products for others, or refund the purchase amount.
We only ask that these conditions be met to proceed with the return:
The return must be made in the original packaging within 15 days from the delivery date.
Returns will not be accepted when the quantity of the returned packaging (including the weight of the remains) is less than 75% of the weight of the original packaging.
Once we have received your message, we will indicate how to return the product. Soleae will bear the return costs.
